TL;DR
- Three public plans plus a custom one: Growth is $79 per sender per month ($63 on yearly billing), Agency is $999 a month for 25 senders, Unlimited is $2,999 a month, and Done-For-You is quoted on a sales call.
- You pay per LinkedIn account, not per person. HeyReach does not charge for teammates, VAs or clients. A "sender" is a connected LinkedIn account.
- Agency beats Growth from about 13 senders. That is our arithmetic on the published prices, and it holds on both monthly and yearly billing.
- The seat fee is not the whole bill. Each LinkedIn account may also need its own Premium or Sales Navigator subscription, which HeyReach does not include.
- Refunds are narrow: subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts, so use the free trial properly before you commit.
HeyReach's price is easy to find and easy to misread. Growth looks cheap at $79, but it is charged once per LinkedIn account, so a team running ten senders is a very different purchase from a solo founder running one. This guide lays out every plan, what a sender is, the trial and refund rules, the LinkedIn limits that cap how much each seat can actually do, and what three team sizes really pay each month.

Sourcing note: plan prices, sender definition, included features, trial and refund terms and LinkedIn limits come from HeyReach's pricing page and help center, read on 30 September 2026. Prices change and third-party review sites often quote older numbers, so confirm on the live page before you buy. Cost tables are our own arithmetic and are labelled that way. The Short Answer
If you run fewer than about 13 LinkedIn accounts, Growth is the cheaper plan: $79 per sender monthly or $63 on yearly billing. Past that point Agency's flat $999 (or $799 yearly) is cheaper per sender and adds whitelabel and onboarding. Unlimited only makes sense for large agencies running dozens of accounts. Whatever you pick, budget separately for LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator on each account and for the data that feeds the campaigns.

What a sender is
HeyReach defines a sender (or seat) as a LinkedIn account you add to your organization. It says it does not charge for teammates, VAs, clients or users; only for connected LinkedIn accounts. That is the opposite of most sales tools, and it is why agencies with many client accounts feel the per-sender model quickly.
What every plan includes
- Unlimited campaigns and all LinkedIn actions.
- A unified inbox across senders.
- API and webhooks, plus integrations with Clay, Make, Zapier and HubSpot. Our Clay + HeyReach walkthrough shows the handoff in detail.
- Multichannel hooks with Instantly and Smartlead, and an MCP server.
Agency and Unlimited add whitelabel, done-for-you onboarding and migration, a dedicated Slack channel and priority support. Multi-brand whitelabels are a $500 add-on.
Beware stale prices. Several third-party review pages we found quote different numbers, such as Growth at $59 and Agency at $749 on annual billing. They disagree with HeyReach's own page, so treat them as (directional) and out of date. The vendor page is the number you will be charged.
Trial, Billing and Refunds
- Growth trial: 14 days, no credit card, with up to 3 LinkedIn accounts.
- Agency and Unlimited trial: a 30-day trial is available on request. The pricing page wording was not fully consistent about which plans it covers, so ask before you rely on it (directional).
- Refunds: subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. Requests such as duplicate billing, charges after cancellation or a wrong seat count are reviewed case by case.
- Cancelling: stops renewal but gives no immediate refund. Active campaigns pause and accounts disconnect.
- Changing plans: upgrades mid-cycle are charged pro rata for the remaining days. Downgrades and seat reductions take effect at the next renewal.
- Pausing: a help article snippet suggests you can pause for up to two months without billing (directional, we did not read the full article).
What Each Seat Can Actually Do: LinkedIn Limits
A seat's price only makes sense against how much it can send. HeyReach publishes these limits:
| Limit | HeyReach setting |
|---|---|
| Connection requests per day | Up to 40; recommended 25 for warmed accounts |
| Connection requests per week | 200 per sender (another help article says around 100, so plan on the lower figure (directional)) |
| Total actions per day | 200 per account, all LinkedIn activity counts |
| Personalized connection notes | 10 a month on free LinkedIn accounts, unlimited on Premium, Sales Navigator and Recruiter |
| Proxy | Dedicated static residential proxy per account |
When an account hits the weekly limit, HeyReach's Cooldown Mode stops requests until Monday, and it cannot be removed manually. Limits are enforced with no manual override. The practical takeaway is that one seat gives you roughly 100 to 200 new connection requests a week, which is what you are really buying at $63 to $79. For the safety rules behind these numbers, see our LinkedIn outreach limits guide, and if an account does get flagged, our restriction recovery playbook.
What It Really Costs by Team Size
| Senders | Growth monthly | Growth yearly (per month) | Agency |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 | $237 | $189 | Not worth it |
| 10 | $790 | $630 | Not worth it |
| 25 | $1,975 | $1,575 | $999 monthly, $799 yearly |
All figures are our arithmetic on HeyReach's published prices. They exclude tax, LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator subscriptions, enrichment beyond included credits and the $500 whitelabel add-on.
The break-even is simple: $999 divided by $79 is about 12.6, and $799 divided by $63 is about 12.7. From roughly 13 senders Agency is cheaper on either billing cycle. At 25 senders it works out to about $40 per sender monthly against $79 on Growth, before counting whitelabel and onboarding. Unlimited's fair-use cap of 300 senders implies under $10 per sender at full use, but that is arithmetic on a cap, not a plan promise.
The hidden line item. Personalized connection notes are unlimited only on paid LinkedIn accounts, so most serious senders also carry a Premium or Sales Navigator subscription. Our Sales Navigator pricing guide covers that cost, and it is per account, on top of HeyReach.
How the Pricing Model Compares
We compared structure only, not features:
- Expandi: a per-seat model like Growth. The Business plan is $99 a month or $79 a month annually, with custom Agency pricing for 10 or more seats. That is above HeyReach Growth at every billing period.
- Waalaxy: priced per user in euros (Pro €19, Advanced €49, Business €69 a month) with monthly invite caps of 300 on Pro and 800 on higher tiers. It bills per user rather than per LinkedIn account, so the comparison depends on how many accounts you run.
- Lemlist and Dripify: we could not confirm current pricing, so we are not quoting it.
The structural difference that matters is who counts as a seat. HeyReach's Agency and Unlimited tiers reward many accounts and many clients; per-user tools reward small teams with one account each. For channel strategy rather than tooling, see cold email vs LinkedIn outreach, and for what a fully managed service costs, LinkedIn lead gen agency pricing.
Is HeyReach Worth It?
For a single founder or a small team with two or three senders, Growth on yearly billing is a modest spend, around $189 a month for three. The bigger question is whether LinkedIn is the channel to put volume into. A seat delivers a bounded number of connection requests, so pipeline scales with senders and reply quality, not with the plan tier. Data plumbing matters too: replies and meetings need to reach your CRM, which our guide to syncing cold email and LinkedIn data into HubSpot covers.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is HeyReach priced?
Per LinkedIn sender account on the Growth plan, at $79 a month, $71 on quarterly billing or $63 on yearly billing. HeyReach does not charge for users, VAs or clients. Agency and Unlimited are flat plans that cover a set number of senders.
How many senders does the Agency plan include?
Agency includes 25 senders at $999 a month ($799 a month on yearly billing) and can scale to 50. Unlimited has a fair-use cap of 300 senders at $2,999 a month.
When is the Agency plan cheaper than Growth?
From about 13 senders. That is our arithmetic: $999 divided by $79 is roughly 12.6 on monthly billing, and $799 divided by $63 is roughly 12.7 on yearly billing. Agency also adds whitelabel, onboarding help and a dedicated Slack channel.
Does HeyReach have a free trial?
Growth has a 14-day trial with no credit card and up to 3 LinkedIn accounts. A 30-day trial is available on request for Agency and Unlimited, though the pricing page wording was not fully consistent about which plans it covers, so confirm with HeyReach first.
