TL;DR
Most Sales Navigator pricing content online is stale within a year — LinkedIn adjusts packaging and pricing without much notice, and posts that quote "Professional" as a current tier name are describing an older lineup. This one reflects LinkedIn's own current pricing and plan pages, checked directly rather than repeated from memory or an older article.
Sourcing note: every price and feature-gating claim below is checked directly against LinkedIn's own pricing and help-center pages as of September 2026 and marked VERIFIED. A handful of details — exact free-trial length and Advanced Plus street pricing — are marked (directional) because LinkedIn's own pages decline to commit to a fixed number; those are sourced to third-party reports instead and flagged as such.

Core is a single-user plan — there's no seat management, no shared lists, and no team visibility. What it does include, at the lowest price point, is the full 50+ filter search set and the same 50 monthly InMail credits as every other tier. For a founder or solo rep running their own outbound alongside cold email prospecting, that's usually enough — Advanced's team features (TeamLink, shared lists, usage reporting) have nothing to coordinate when there's only one person using the seat.
Advanced adds Smart Links, TeamLink warm-introduction visibility, Buyer Intent signals, CSV book-of-business upload, and usage reporting — and it's the point where team seat management shows up, with up to five seats purchasable self-serve before a sales conversation becomes necessary. The InMail allowance and search filters don't change from Core; the value case for Advanced is entirely about coordination across more than one rep and visibility into what the team is doing, not more raw prospecting capacity per seat.
Advanced Plus is the only tier with bidirectional CRM sync — LinkedIn names HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, and Oracle Sales explicitly as supported integrations, with lead/contact auto-save, CRM-side filtering and badges, activity writeback, and full ROI reporting. It also adds SSO and Employee Data Integration for enterprise provisioning, TeamLink Extend, and a Microsoft Teams embed. Pricing is not published — LinkedIn quotes it based on team size, CRM integration scope, and onboarding needs, which means the only way to get a real number is a sales conversation. Third-party reports put street pricing somewhere in the neighborhood of $1,600+/seat/year (directional — not confirmed on LinkedIn's own page, and likely to vary by deal size); treat any number you see quoted elsewhere as a starting point for negotiation, not a list price.
Core and Advanced both offer a free trial that requires a credit card and can be cancelled anytime. LinkedIn's own trial-terms page doesn't commit to a fixed length — it states trial length "may vary based on region or promotional terms" — but third-party reports consistently describe 30 days as the standard length, with a 60-day trial sometimes available through an existing subscriber's referral link (directional). Advanced Plus, being sales-managed, isn't offered as a self-serve trial.
The annual discount is worth checking carefully rather than assumed: Core's annual plan saves 25% off the monthly rate, but Advanced's annual plan only saves about 6% — a meaningfully smaller discount than Core gets, per LinkedIn's own current pricing page. If you're comparing annual commitments across tiers, don't assume the same percentage discount applies to both; run the actual numbers.
These three LinkedIn products get confused often enough to warrant a quick disambiguation. Premium Business (from $69.99/mo) and Premium All-in-One (from $89.99/mo) are general networking and personal-branding subscriptions, capped at 15 and 30 InMails per month respectively, with none of Sales Navigator's 50+ B2B search filters, Buyer Intent, TeamLink, or CRM integrations. LinkedIn Recruiter is built for finding candidates to hire, not buyers to sell to. Sales Navigator carries the highest InMail allowance of any LinkedIn product (50/month, at every tier) and is the only one of the three purpose-built for prospecting.
Sales Navigator is the sourcing and signal layer — finding the right people, tracking Buyer Intent, and building targeted lists — not the full outbound motion by itself. It doesn't send your outreach sequences and it doesn't manage your pipeline once a prospect replies. In practice, it sits upstream of a dedicated outreach tool (whether that's LinkedIn's own InMail and connection requests, or a paired cold email cadence) and feeds into a CRM like HubSpot for pipeline tracking and deal management. We cover the mechanics of getting that data into HubSpot without paying for Advanced Plus's native sync in syncing cold email and LinkedIn data into HubSpot, and the day-to-day setup of Sales Navigator itself in our Sales Navigator outbound setup guide.
On automation and compliance: LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits scraping, bots, and browser extensions that automate connection requests, messaging, or engagement on the platform, and LinkedIn states it actively builds technical defenses that can silently break tools like this. Sales Navigator's own sanctioned data-movement paths — InMail, Smart Links, CSV export, and Advanced Plus's native CRM sync — don't carry that risk. Third-party scraping or auto-connect tools layered on top of Sales Navigator do, and can put the underlying LinkedIn account at risk of restriction. We go deeper on account-safety limits in LinkedIn outreach limits and account safety.
A simple, directional checklist — not LinkedIn's official guidance, since LinkedIn's own materials don't publish fit-by-team-size recommendations beyond generic tier descriptions:
Sales Navigator Core is $119.99/month (or $1,079.88/year, a 25% annual discount) and Advanced is $159.99/month (or $1,799.88/year, about a 6% annual discount), per seat, per LinkedIn's official pricing page. Advanced Plus is quote-only, priced by team size and CRM needs.
Core and Advanced share the same 50+ search filters, 50 monthly InMail credits, and 10,000-lead save limit. Advanced adds team features Core lacks: Smart Links, TeamLink warm introductions, Buyer Intent signals, shared team lists, usage reporting, and self-serve seat management for up to five licenses.
Native, bidirectional CRM sync with HubSpot — along with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Oracle Sales — is available only on Sales Navigator Advanced Plus, LinkedIn's top-tier, custom-priced plan. Core and Advanced don't include CRM sync.
Yes — Core and Advanced both offer a free trial that requires a credit card and can be cancelled anytime, commonly reported as 30 days, though LinkedIn's own terms note trial length can vary by region and promotion. Advanced Plus, being sales-managed, isn't offered as a self-serve trial.
Advanced Plus is LinkedIn's enterprise tier, built for sales teams that need Sales Navigator data embedded directly in their CRM. It adds bidirectional CRM sync, full ROI reporting, SSO/admin controls, and TeamLink Extend on top of everything in Advanced. Pricing is custom and requires a sales conversation.
Premium Business is a general networking and personal-branding subscription with limited search and only 15 InMails a month — it isn't built for prospecting workflows. LinkedIn Recruiter is a hiring tool for finding candidates. Sales Navigator is purpose-built for B2B sellers, with the highest InMail allowance of any LinkedIn product (50/month) and 50+ filters designed for prospecting rather than hiring or networking.
The right tier depends on whether you're buying search capacity or CRM integration — and those two things are priced very differently. Read our Sales Navigator outbound setup guide for how to configure whichever tier you land on, or talk to our team about running cold email and LinkedIn outreach together without overpaying for CRM sync you don't need yet.
