## What we're hiring for, right now.

All roles are remote (Europe and adjacent time zones preferred), full-time contractor by default. You report to the operator running your function, not to a sales lead.

Engineering Open Remote

### GTM Engineer (HubSpot)

Own the HubSpot layer across the client book. CRM workflows, custom properties, lifecycle stages, lead-routing automations, and the pipes that move enriched leads from Clay into live sequences and from booked calls into the right pipeline. You've shipped HubSpot ops in production and like deduplication problems.

Infrastructure Open Remote

### Deliverability Expert

Own the sending stack across every client. Domain procurement, DNS hygiene (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), warm-up curves, inbox-placement monitoring, and domain rotation when reputation drifts. You read raw mail headers for fun and have opinions about Microsoft tenant behavior.
