Instantly Pricing 2026: Plans, Limits & Real Cost

GenFlows Team · · 12 min read

TL;DR

  • Three self-serve Outreach plans: Growth $47/mo, Hypergrowth $97/mo and Light Speed $358/mo on monthly billing. Enterprise is custom. Annual billing on Outreach is shown at $37.60, $77.60 and $286.30 a month.
  • Sending accounts are unlimited. Uploaded contacts and monthly emails are not. Growth allows 1,000 contacts and 5,000 emails, Hypergrowth 25,000 contacts and 100,000 to 125,000 emails, Light Speed 100,000 contacts and 500,000 emails.
  • Leads are a separate subscription. Instantly Credits start at $47/mo. The $94, $194 and $555 bundles package Outreach plus Credits.
  • There is no refund. The Terms of Service say all fees are non-refundable, so the free trial is your only free test.
  • Mailboxes are the real bill at scale. On our arithmetic, a 30-mailbox setup spends more on mailboxes than on the Hypergrowth plan.

Instantly's headline price is easy to find, and it is also easy to misread. The platform fee covers sending and warmup, but lead data, mailboxes, domains and a CRM are all sold separately, and the pricing page itself is not fully consistent on one important cap. This guide lays out every plan and limit, the products that cost extra, the trial and no-refund rules, and a worked monthly total for a 10-mailbox and a 30-mailbox program.

If you are still choosing a sending tool, read our Smartlead vs Instantly comparison and the wider cold email software roundup first. This post is the Instantly pricing reference.

Sourcing note: plan prices, caps, add-ons, trial and refund terms are VERIFIED against Instantly's pricing page, plans-overview help article and Terms of Service, all read on 1 October 2026. Prices change and promotions come and go, so confirm before you buy. Stack totals are our own arithmetic and are labelled that way. Where Instantly's own pages disagree we say so, and anything we could not confirm is marked (directional) or left out.

The Short Answer

Most small outbound teams land on Hypergrowth at $97 a month, because Growth's 5,000 monthly emails runs out at roughly ten mailboxes. Once you add mailboxes and domains, a 10-mailbox program costs about $153 to $173 a month and a 30-mailbox program about $266 to $326, before lead data. Growth is for testing an offer, Hypergrowth is the working tier for a single company, and Light Speed is for high volume that needs Instantly's server and IP rotation. Budget separately for leads, because the database is not part of Outreach.

Instantly Outreach Plans and Prices

Plan Monthly Annual (per month) Uploaded contacts Emails / month Notable inclusions
Growth $47 $37.60 1,000 5,000 Unlimited accounts and warmup, chat support
Hypergrowth $97 $77.60 25,000 125,000 (monthly view) / 100,000 (annual view) Adds premium live support
Light Speed $358 $286.30 100,000 500,000 Adds SISR (server and IP sharding and rotation)
Enterprise Custom Custom 100,000+ 500,000+ Account manager, shared Slack, private deliverability network

Instantly's own pages disagree on Hypergrowth's email cap. The plans-overview help article and the monthly view of the pricing page say 125,000 emails a month. The annual view and the feature-comparison table on the pricing page say 100,000. Older third-party reviews also say 100,000. We cannot tell which is current, so plan around 100,000 and confirm on the live page if the difference decides your purchase. The Scale bundle on the same page lists 100,000 emails, which adds to the ambiguity.

The annual Outreach figures work out to about 20% off the monthly price (our arithmetic). The bundles are shown at a 10% annual discount, so the saving depends on which product you buy. Two more details matter. The contact cap is a fixed limit across all campaigns, not a per-month allowance, so a list you uploaded last quarter still counts. And the pricing page spells the top plan "Lightspeed" while the help center writes "Light Speed"; they are the same plan.

What separates the tiers

  • Growth to Hypergrowth is a jump from 5,000 to 100,000 or more monthly emails and from 1,000 to 25,000 contacts. Growth is a testing tier. 5,000 emails is about 170 a day, which is a handful of mailboxes at conservative volumes.
  • Hypergrowth to Light Speed adds SISR, which Instantly says assigns dedicated server and IP blocks and swaps out flagged IPs. It is Instantly's own claim, and we have not tested it (directional).
  • Need more than a plan allows? The help center lists an $87/month Outreach add-on that adds 25,000 contacts and 125,000 emails, available on Hypergrowth and Light Speed.
  • Mailboxes are not a tier lever. The pricing page says you can connect and warm as many accounts as you need from any provider. You still pay whoever hosts the mailboxes.

Leads, CRM and Other Products Cost Extra

Instantly sells its products as separate subscriptions, and each is cancelled separately. The ones most outbound teams meet:

Product Price What you get
Instantly Credits (lead database) Growth $47, Supersonic $97, Hyper from $197 per mo About 1,500 to 2,000, 5,000 to 7,500, and 10,000 to 200,000 credits a month; database of 450M+ leads, enrichment, verification and AI agents
Bundles (Outreach + Credits) Starter $94, Scale $194, Agency $555 per mo Starter: 5,000 emails, 1,000 contacts, 1,500 credits. Scale: 25,000 contacts, 5,000 credits. Agency: 500,000 emails, 100,000 contacts, 10,000 credits and SISR
CRM Growth $47, Hyper $97 per mo Lead status tracking inside Instantly
Inbox Placement $47 or $97 per mo Placement and spam-score testing; automated tests on the higher tier
VIP managed service Custom Done-for-you setup, campaign launch and a dedicated GTM engineer

On our arithmetic each bundle costs exactly the sum of its parts: Starter is Growth Outreach plus Growth Credits ($47 + $47), Scale is Hypergrowth plus Supersonic ($97 + $97), and Agency is Light Speed plus Hyper Credits ($358 + $197). If that holds, the bundle's value is one invoice rather than a lower price. If you only need to send, you do not need the credits. If you already source leads elsewhere, see our guides to building a B2B cold email list and email verification tools for what that data costs outside Instantly.

Mailboxes and Domains: The Real Bill

Instantly will sell you the infrastructure, and its help center lists the prices.

  • Domains: $15 per year each.
  • Done-for-you Google account: $5 per month.
  • Done-for-you Airmail account: $4 per month (Airmail is Instantly's own sending infrastructure).
  • Pre-warmed Google account: $10 per month.

Your alternative is buying Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes directly, at about $7 a month for a Google Business Starter seat on our earlier verified figure (check Google's current price; a first-year promotion may apply). Users also report mixed experiences with done-for-you accounts, including domain ownership and setup delays (directional, user-reported), so read the terms before you let a vendor register your domains.

What a Real Stack Costs (Our Arithmetic)

These totals are not an Instantly quote. Assumptions: two mailboxes per domain, domains at Instantly's $15 a year ($1.25 a month), the Hypergrowth plan on monthly billing ($97), and no leads, CRM or verification. We chose Hypergrowth because 10 mailboxes at about 30 sends a day each is roughly 9,000 emails a month, which is already over Growth's 5,000 cap. The 30-sends figure is our planning assumption, not an Instantly limit.

Setup Hypergrowth Mailboxes Domains Monthly total
10 mailboxes, Instantly DFY Google ($5) $97 $50 $6.25 $153.25
10 mailboxes, Google Workspace direct ($7) $97 $70 $6.25 $173.25
30 mailboxes, Instantly DFY Google ($5) $97 $150 $18.75 $265.75
30 mailboxes, Google Workspace direct ($7) $97 $210 $18.75 $325.75

Three things follow. At 30 mailboxes the mailboxes cost more than the platform in both scenarios. Adding Growth Credits for lead data lifts every row by $47, and moving to the Scale bundle ($194) instead of Hypergrowth plus Supersonic changes nothing on price. And Airmail accounts at $4 would trim the 30-mailbox total further, but we have not seen independent deliverability data on them, so we do not recommend choosing on price alone. For the provider decision see Google Workspace vs Microsoft 365 for cold email, and for sizing see how many domains and mailboxes you need.

Free Trial, Refunds and Cancellation

  • Free trial: 14 days, no credit card required, capped at 250 contacts and 1,000 emails, plus 100 lead credits.
  • Refunds: none. The Terms of Service (section 5.3) say all fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable and apply this to all subscription plans, Credits and add-on services, including done-for-you and warmup.
  • Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew for the same term at the then-current fee unless you cancel before renewal.
  • Cancelling: the terms say you cancel through account settings and cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period, with no pro rata refund for the unused part.
  • Each product separately: Outreach, Credits, CRM and Inbox Placement are separate subscriptions, so cancelling one does not cancel the others.

The practical lesson is the opposite of a refund-friendly tool: use the 14-day trial to prove deliverability and reply handling, and do not pay annually until a campaign has produced meetings. Compare that with the refund windows in our Smartlead pricing guide.

How Instantly Compares on Price Structure

On structure, Instantly Hypergrowth ($97, 25,000 contacts, 100,000 to 125,000 emails) sits close to Smartlead Pro ($94, 90,000 sends, 30,000 contacts storage), and both advertise unlimited sending accounts. In both, the mailbox bill is outside the plan, so it is the same line item in either stack. The differences are in packaging: Instantly sells leads, CRM and inbox testing as separate subscriptions, and has no refund window, while Smartlead lists a 7-day refund on new subscriptions. Our head-to-head covers features and deliverability tooling, and our HeyReach pricing guide covers the LinkedIn side of a multi-channel stack.

Which Plan Should You Pick?

If you... Pick
Are testing an offer with a few mailboxes Growth ($47)
Run 5 to 30 mailboxes for your own company Hypergrowth ($97)
Need Instantly's database as well as sending A bundle (Starter $94 or Scale $194)
Send hundreds of thousands of emails a month Light Speed ($358) or Agency bundle ($555)

Whatever you choose, the tool is a small part of what makes cold email work. Authentication, volume per mailbox, list quality and the offer decide results. Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Instantly cost in 2026?

Instantly's Outreach plans are $47 a month (Growth), $97 a month (Hypergrowth) and $358 a month (Light Speed) on monthly billing, with Enterprise on custom pricing. Annual billing is shown at $37.60, $77.60 and $286.30 a month. Lead credits, CRM, mailboxes and domains cost extra.

Does Instantly limit the number of email accounts?

No. The pricing page says you can connect and warm as many accounts as you need from any provider. The limits are uploaded contacts and monthly emails. You still pay for each mailbox, from about $4 to $5 a month through Instantly or about $7 a month from Google directly.

Is there an Instantly free trial?

Yes. The trial runs 14 days with no credit card required and is capped at 250 contacts and 1,000 emails, with 100 lead credits. Once you pay, there is no refund window, so use the trial to test deliverability first.

Does Instantly offer refunds?

No. Section 5.3 of the Terms of Service says all fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable, including subscription plans, Credits and add-on services. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period, and subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before renewal.

Do I have to buy leads from Instantly?

No. Outreach is for sending only. Instantly's lead database is a separate Credits subscription starting at $47 a month, or you can bundle it with Outreach from $94 a month. You can also upload leads sourced from other tools.

What does a 10-mailbox Instantly setup cost per month?

On our arithmetic, about $153 to $173 a month on Hypergrowth, depending on whether mailboxes come from Instantly's $5 done-for-you Google accounts or from Google Workspace at $7. That excludes lead data, CRM and verification. It is our estimate, not an Instantly quote.
