TL;DR
Lemlist is one of the few cold outreach tools that sells email, LinkedIn, SMS and calling in one product, which makes its price harder to compare than a pure sending tool. The plan fee depends on whether you pay per user or per email volume, lead data runs on a separate credit meter, and mailboxes, domains and some channels sit on top. This guide lays out every plan, the credit rules, the extras that cost money, the trial and refund terms, and a worked monthly total for teams of one, three and ten.
If you are still choosing a tool, start with our cold email software roundup. This post is the lemlist pricing reference, and it sits alongside our Instantly, Smartlead and HeyReach pricing guides.
Sourcing note: plan prices, sender limits, trial terms and the refund and renewal terms are VERIFIED against lemlist's pricing page and Terms of Service, read on 1 October 2026. Credit costs, credit pack prices and mailbox prices come from lemlist's help center. Prices change and promotions come and go, so confirm before you buy. Stack totals are our own arithmetic and are labelled that way. Anything we could not confirm is marked (directional) or left out.
A solo user who wants email plus LinkedIn lands on Multichannel at $87 a month on yearly billing, and a team that only sends email can pay $55 a month regardless of headcount. Once you add mailboxes, a one-person Multichannel setup with 5 mailboxes costs roughly $137 a month and a 10-user team with 50 mailboxes roughly $1,370, before domains and extra credits. Email suits email-only teams of any size, Multichannel suits reps who also work LinkedIn and calls, and Enterprise suits teams that need SSO, custom roles and a dedicated account manager. Budget separately for lead data, because credits drive the real spend.
| Plan | Yearly billing | Monthly billing | Priced by | Senders | Channels |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| $55 / mo | $69 / mo | Monthly email volume (50,000 shown); unlimited users | Unlimited | ||
| Multichannel | $87 / user / mo | $109 / user / mo | Per user; unlimited emails and messages | 5 per user | Email, LinkedIn, SMS, built-in dialer; WhatsApp is an add-on |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom | 5 or more per user | As Multichannel, plus use from your CRM |
The pricing page offers three billing cycles: monthly, quarterly (10% off) and yearly (20% off). It shows no quarterly dollar figure, so we do not state one. The Email plan card shows 50,000 emails a month as its example tier; we did not find a price list for other volumes, so confirm the figure for your volume on the live page. Lemlist's earlier plan names (Email Pro, Multichannel Expert, Outreach Scale) no longer appear on the pricing page, so older reviews will not match what you see today.
Check SMS and WhatsApp before you count on them. The Multichannel plan card lists SMS automation as a feature and WhatsApp as an add-on, but the page's FAQ groups SMS and WhatsApp together as add-ons. We did not find a price for either, so we are not stating one.
Lemlist's database and enrichment run on credits, charged per successful action. The pricing page describes credits as pay per success with unlimited rollover, while the help center adds important detail on which credits roll over.
| Action | Credits |
|---|---|
| Email finder and verifier | 5 (charged only when a deliverable or risky email is returned) |
| Phone finder | 20 (charged only on success) |
| LinkedIn enrichment | 1 |
| SMS | 6 each |
| In-app calling | 4 per billed minute (32 for premium destinations) |
| Website-visitor signal | 20 per company identified |
| Job-change, hiring or funding signal | 100 per signal |
The practical effect: a Multichannel user's 400 included credits cover about 80 email lookups or 20 phone numbers a month, on our arithmetic. A rep who sources their own lists will exhaust that quickly, and one credit pool is shared by the whole team, so any member can drain it. Only Enterprise has per-user credit caps.
| Credits / month | One-off top-up | Monthly billing | Yearly billing (per month) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2,000 | $28 | $20 | $16 |
| 5,000 | $70 | $49 | $39 |
| 10,000 | $134 | $94 | $75 |
| 25,000 | $322 | $225 | $180 |
Larger tiers up to 200,000 credits a month exist in lemlist's help center. At the yearly 2,000-credit price, an email lookup works out to about $0.04 and a phone lookup to about $0.16 (our arithmetic, not lemlist figures). Only admins can buy credits, only one credit subscription can be active at a time, and credits granted by an add-on expire at the next anniversary if you cancel it. For how this compares with dedicated data tools, see our guides to building a B2B cold email list and email verification tools.
You can connect your own Google or Microsoft mailboxes, or buy them inside lemlist. According to lemlist's help center, mailboxes bought in the app start at $10 a month each for Google or Outlook and $5 a month for SMTP. A domain must be bought with at least one mailbox, is locked for one year and renews annually unless you turn off auto-renew. Bought domains and mailboxes are non-refundable, and an unpaid mailbox subscription is deleted by the provider along with its emails. We did not find a published domain price, so our totals below leave domains out.
The alternative is buying seats directly from the provider. See Google Workspace vs Microsoft 365 for cold email and how many domains and mailboxes you need to size the build, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup before you send anything.
These totals are not a lemlist quote. Assumptions: yearly billing, mailboxes bought in lemlist at $10 each (Google or Outlook), no domains, no extra credits and no WhatsApp. We keep each Multichannel setup within 5 senders per user. We did not confirm how lemlist counts a LinkedIn account against that limit, so check it if you run LinkedIn heavily.
| Setup | Plan | Mailboxes | Monthly total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Email-only team, 10 mailboxes | $55 (Email) | $100 | $155 |
| 1 user, 5 mailboxes | $87 (1 Multichannel) | $50 | $137 |
| 3 users, 15 mailboxes | $261 (3 Multichannel) | $150 | $411 |
| 10 users, 50 mailboxes | $870 (10 Multichannel) | $500 | $1,370 |
Three things follow. First, on monthly billing the per-user price rises to $109, so the 10-user plan alone would be $1,090. Second, per-seat pricing scales linearly with headcount, while the Email plan does not, so a team that only needs email sending often does better on Email. Third, a LinkedIn-and-email stack also has to respect LinkedIn's own limits, so see LinkedIn outreach limits and account safety and our restricted account recovery playbook. Lemlist's help center suggests conservative daily LinkedIn limits and notes LinkedIn's weekly invite cap near 100 (directional; we did not read the article directly).
The lesson is the same as for any tool with no refund window: prove deliverability and reply handling inside the trial, and avoid paying annually until a campaign has produced meetings. Compare that with the refund windows in our Smartlead pricing guide.
Lemlist's Email plan, at $55 for a 50,000-email tier with unlimited users, sits close to Instantly's and Smartlead's mid plans on sending volume, and all three advertise unlimited sending accounts or senders on their email plans. The real difference is Multichannel. Instead of pairing a sending tool with a separate LinkedIn tool, lemlist charges per user for both. Whether that is cheaper depends on team size: a solo user on $87 beats a $97 sending plan plus a separate LinkedIn seat, but a 10-person team on $870 a month is a different calculation. See our HeyReach pricing guide for the per-sender LinkedIn alternative, our LinkedIn automation tools comparison, and cold email vs LinkedIn outreach for which channel earns the spend.
| If you... | Pick |
|---|---|
| Send cold email from many mailboxes and users, nothing else | Email ($55) |
| Are a founder or rep running email plus LinkedIn | Multichannel ($87 per user) |
| Need SSO, custom roles or per-user credit caps | Enterprise (custom) |
| Have a large team and only a few need LinkedIn | Email for sending, plus a separate LinkedIn tool |
Whatever you choose, tool cost is a small part of what makes outbound work. Warmup, authentication, list quality and the offer decide results; see our warmup and deliverability tools guide and cold email cost per meeting for the budget that matters.
The Email plan starts at $55 a month on yearly billing ($69 monthly), and Multichannel is $87 per user per month on yearly billing ($109 monthly). Enterprise is custom. Credits, mailboxes, domains and WhatsApp cost extra.
Multichannel is priced per user, with 5 senders each. The Email plan has unlimited users and senders and is priced by monthly email volume instead, so a large email-only team does not pay per seat.
Yes. The standard trial is 14 days with no credit card, with 200 credits and access to Multichannel features except in-app calls. Some promotional links show a 30-day trial. When it ends, the account drops to a free tier.
Multichannel includes 400 credits per user per month, and the Email plan includes none. An email lookup costs 5 credits and a phone lookup 20. More credits start at $16 a month for 2,000 on yearly billing, or $28 as a one-off top-up.
No refunds on unused fees. The Terms say lemlist will not refund unused fees for a month or year already begun, even pro rata, and subscriptions auto-renew. You can terminate at any time, but the paid period still runs. Domains and mailboxes bought in lemlist are non-refundable.
Mailboxes bought in lemlist start at $10 a month for Google or Outlook and $5 for SMTP, and domains renew annually. Heavy phone or signal use drains credits quickly, WhatsApp is an add-on, and scaling LinkedIn may need more accounts because of LinkedIn's daily limits.
